I AcceptTransitions: Tour of the Academy
You may have already visited the building before, but you won’t yet know your way round. This is normal and nothing to worry about!
Our staff all understand that the school is new to you and know that sometimes, especially in the first few weeks, that you may not be able to find where you are going.
Here is a virtual tour that we have created of the building. Your Head of Year, Mrs Adlington will introduce the tour and show you some of the key areas of the Academy so that pupils can start to feel familiar with the environment.
You will get to see lots of subject specific areas. Unlike primary school, students move from lesson to lesson and may be taught by up to six teachers each day. You will soon get to know them.
