HUMAN PAPILLOMAVIRUS (HPV) VACCINATION PROGRAMME – Dose 2
The School Age Immunisation Team will be visiting Birches Head Academy to give the above vaccination, on:-
Wednesday 19th April 2023
This vaccination will be the 2nd and final dose of HPV which you will have already completed an electronic consent form for this vaccination. However, should you not wish your child to receive this vaccination please contact the team on 0300 124 0366 to withdraw your consent.
If your young person has not already received the 1st dose of the HPV vaccine, and you now wish to give consent please contact the team on 0300 124 0366.

If your young person has already received both doses of this immunisation via your G.P. or at one of our clinics then please contact us via the details below as it is not necessary for it to be given again.
