Polite Reminder to Parents/Carers from the School Age Immunisation Service

We shall be visiting school on Wednesday 11th January 2023 to deliver the Nasal Flu spray programme. Thank you to those who have completed the on-line consent form already. If you have not done so and would like your child protected against Flu please complete the consent form by 5pm on Thursday 5th January 2023 using the following link:
