GCSE results day (Thursday 24 August 2023) saw scenes of delight as Year 11 students came into school to collect their results and celebrated their achievements with teachers, families and friends. Forty lucky students from Birches Head Academy (BHA) have been immersed into Spanish culture and language on a recent exchange visit to Granada, Spain

An Exchange of well-being ideas and spaces 40 Birches Head Academy students have now travelled to Granada to work with our partner school, Escolapios Genil Granada mostly funded by the Turing Fund. From the 40 successful applicants, 20 were then partnered up with 20 Spanish students, with the aim of initiating a traditional exchange. Exchange
