RE: Christmas Jumper day- Thursday 11th December 2025
On Thursday 12th December, we will be participating in the national fundraising event for the charity, Save the Children. The money raised supports children all over the world, including the UK, so that they can have the future they deserve. They help children by making sure they have education, food and safety.
Pupils can choose to come to school wearing a Christmas themed jumper, tie and/or socks and where possible we request a suggested donation of £1 to support the event. Pupils must wear their full school uniform and replace only their academy jumper, tie and/or socks. Pupils can also opt out and come to school in their full school uniform as normal.
Any other jumpers, hoodies, or fashion accessories are not permitted, this includes sportswear or non-Christmas related jumpers. Pupils will be asked to remove these on entrance through the school gates, as they are not part of the academy uniform, nor should they replace the academy jumper for this event.
Examples of festive wear that we would like to see on the day are shared below.
