On Tuesday 23rd March we will be marking the National Day of Reflection which is being organised by Marie Curie and the Beth Johnson Foundation.

A group of pupils will plant daffodils next to the war memorial outside the academy and we will also be planting a tree to remember those who have died during the last twelve months. During the school day, there will be a minute of silence to remember all of those who have died because of COVID and other illnesses during the past year.

Our thoughts are with everyone at this very difficult time.
