COVID-19 Vaccinations - Birches Head Academy

On Tuesday 2^nd November the School Immunisation Team will be in school to administer the COVID-19 vaccination.

Your child will be bringing home a Covid-19 vaccination consent form on Tuesday 19^th October. Please complete and return to their form tutor at school even if you do not wish your child to receive the vaccination by Thursday morning this week at the very latest.
